Associate Accountant

About the Role

We are currently looking for a self-driven Associate Accountant to join our team, in charge of the Account Payables, Account Receivables and Intercompany Settlements in our Singapore office.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Account Payables, Account Receivables and Fixed Assets functions
• Handle intercompany reconciliations and settlements
• Involve in month end closing and reporting activities
• Assist in annual budget process
• Support internal/external Finance information requests
• Ensure contracts and leases are properly executed and kept; serve advance notice to relevant parties prior to contract expiry
• Assist in audit, bank and other external matters
• Any other project/work assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business
• At least three (3) years of accounting experience, preferably in Logistics industry. Those without industry experience can be considered
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Pleasant, positive with strong sense of ownership
• Hands-on experience with ERP and MS Office
