This position will lead as the Product Manager driving cross-functional leadership needed to support development of the Interactive voice response (IVR) and bring improved experiences to market in support of the organization's corporate strategies. They will be responsible for identifying customer needs, working closely with other product specialists, defining & prioritizing features, managing the backlog/roadmap, and developing the program level vision. They will also lead problem resolution initiatives that improve the customer experience and help them resolve problems on their own. This position is part of the Customer Experience organization responsible for designing and managing technology channels that drive digital self-service for our customers.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and implement global strategies as well as programs designed to drive outstanding customer experiences with a focus on digital self-service problem resolution.

  • Drive self-service problem resolution features and capabilities from concept through implementation.

  • Understand customer needs and validate solutions (outside-in approach).

  • Manage product roadmap, priorities, understand critical dependencies, lead/enable key DRIVE initiatives, and deliver on Customer Experience goals and objectives.

  • Develop and implement key metrics to measure success.

  • Put together product plan including competitive, industry and technology benchmarking globally.

  • Collaborate closely with IT, with agile practices, to delivery key capabilities to market, including user testing and support.

  • Drive coordination across key cross-functional stakeholders, global partners/teams, and lead leadership level meetings/discussions to ensure progress and alignment.

  • Ability to promote innovative ideas with strong fact-base, data insights, and bias to action mindset.

  • Prepare for and participate in PI planning.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and to maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including executive management.

  • Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting across all organizational levels and all leadership levels

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Considered a Plus:

  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • QDM Expert Certification

  • SAFe Agile Certification

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in quantitative business degree, supply chain management, information systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years business or systems experience which includes systems program management, matching business requirements to supporting systems requirements. Software design/development, systems training, systems training, application testing, systems migration and integration, or developing business user systems requirements. Experience with either technology assessments, decision support, information business services, network design, database design and software requirements definitions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be able to analyze business operations and develop automated solutions. Must possess strong human relations and communication skills, planning, and organizing abilities. Will be expected to collaborate with system users and technical developers."


Preferred Qualifications: This position is hybrid in Collierville, TN. The successful candidate must live within 50 miles of campus location.

Pay Transparency: E27

Pay: $7,488.36- $12,355.79
