Executive Project Principal-Digital Commercialization
Description
Provides leadership on large project/program efforts that support divisional and executive management strategies. Works with cross-functional teams to facilitate and assist in the prioritization of projects, relationship of the projects to business needs and communication of information, both internally and externally.
Essential Functions
- Leads large project/program efforts supporting divisional and executive management strategies, working with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects, relate them to business needs, and communicate information internally and externally.
- Analyzes business processes and TechConnect capabilities to recommend strategic and tactical solutions, representing executive management at meetings, providing presentations, and acting independently on behalf of the department or division.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalency in business, finance, or related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years or more of work experience in customer service/revenue/technical operations fields, analytical/quantitative business, computer modeling, or project management. Expert in field.
Demonstrated experience in leading major corporate initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge and experience in advanced financial/statistical modeling techniques, query/database tools and approaches demonstrated ability to lead people and/or executive level project/programs.
Proven ability to design, develop and implement projects, programs, solutions, and process improvements from concept to successful implementation

Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week. Position will report to VP Corrin Silver
