Executive Project Principal

Description

Provides leadership on large project/program efforts that support divisional and executive management strategies. Works with cross-functional teams to facilitate and assist in the prioritization of projects, relationship of the projects to business needs and communication of information, both internally and externally.

Essential Functions

• Leads large project/program efforts supporting divisional and executive management strategies, working with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects, relate them to business needs, and communicate information internally and externally.

• Analyzes business processes and TechConnect capabilities to recommend strategic and tactical solutions, representing executive management at meetings, providing presentations, and acting independently on behalf of the department or division.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalency in business, finance, or related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years or more of work experience in customer service/revenue/technical operations fields, analytical/quantitative business, computer modeling, or project management. Expert in field.

Demonstrated experience in leading major corporate initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge and experience in advanced financial/statistical modeling techniques, query/database tools and approaches demonstrated ability to lead people and/or executive level project/programs.

Proven ability to design, develop and implement projects, programs, solutions, and process improvements from concept to successful implementation

Preferred Qualifications: Solution design, AI tool usage, data analysis, QDM (Quality Driven Management) and Customer Centered Design (CDD) This position may be located anywhere within the US excluding AK, HI and US territories.  Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week.

Pay Transparency: E28

Pay: $8,452.14- $14,368.63
