LM434: HR Program Advisor
Description
Performs a fully accomplished and advanced level of duties for human resources including: technical and advanced business expertise, project management, development and management of key vendor contracts, advanced statistical analysis, advanced reporting and data retrieval, and project lead of programs that cross departmental or divisional lines, including talent acquisition. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, human resources, computer science, or other directly related discipline. Certification in the core area, or related graduate degree, preferred.
Experience:
Seven (7) years related experience in human resources, project/program management, or systems design/development. Experience in the use of project management/planning software/methodology. Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules and financial justification.
Skills:
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Knowledge of human resources policies/procedures/methodologies/techniques. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills. Demonstrated mastery in the core area of the position which may include, but is not limited to: human resources, recruitment, employment, compensation administration, benefits administration, employee relations, safety, management development, or EEO/AAP administration.
