LM438: HRIS Business Advisor
Description
"Develop process improvements and upgrades of the Human Resources (HR) technology systems and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) including, planning, system design, technical design, configuration and implementation of complex HR technology systems.
Serves as the senior level business area subject matter expert for multiple HR technology systems and HRIS."
Essential Functions:
- Provide technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing and coordinating large programs/projects in support of multiple Corporate HRIS Strategic Initiatives.
- Evaluates and verifies HR technology systems and software data needs, identify opportunities to streamline and enhance systems and practices.
- Troubleshoots complex system issues and communicates with technical staff and user.
- Ensure compliance with the information security policy and standards for all HR Technology applications.
- Mentor less experienced team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources information systems, Computer Engineering/Science, Human Resources Technology, statistics, math or other related analytical fields. Language proficiency: English required.
Minimum Experience:
Five (5) years' experience required in HR technology systems or related area providing application support and business systems analysis
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong computer skills with experience using statistical software and reporting interfaces, data mining tools, machine learning techniques and data visualization.
Time management and organization skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs.
Experience implementing complex projects.
Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions.
Solid understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management.
Able to create test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and use best practice testing methods and QA.
Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills including troubleshooting.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside vendors.
Proven ability to partner with both internal technical and non-technical staff as well as third party vendors to deliver effective results.
Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Must be detailed oriented with the ability to identify problems and gather relevant information to determine root causes and identify data integrity issues.
Ability to mentor, coach and act as a knowledge resource to other employees.
