Description
Responsible for analyzing business requirements, leading cross-functional collaboration to develop machine learning models, evaluating algorithms, defining performance metrics, testing and deploying models, preprocessing data, optimizing performance, staying updated on advancements, documenting models and processes, and collaborating with product teams.

What your main responsibilities are:
1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into machine learning problem statements.
2. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Data Scientists, developers, and business teams to develop innovative machine learning models.
3. Evaluate machine learning algorithms for solving specific problems and translate them into production-level code.
4. Define metrics for evaluating the performance of machine learning solutions and continuously monitor and improve their performance.
5. Collaborate with development teams to test and deploy machine learning models in real-world applications.
6. Preprocess and clean data to ensure its suitability for training machine learning models.
7. Optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
8. Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and contribute to research and development efforts.
9. Document machine learning models, algorithms, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
10. Collaborate with product teams to understand user requirements and improve user experience through machine learning solutions.
What we are looking for
Education: Bachelor's degree in data science, applied mathematics, computer science or otherwise research-based field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
Relevant work experience in machine learning based on the following number of years:
Standard I: Two (2) years
Standard II: Three (3) years
Senior I: Four (4) years
Senior II: Five (5) years
