What You’ll Do
The Manager – Enterprise Pricing Systems (GMCE – India CoE) is responsible for leading the transformation and modernization of key applications within the FedEx pricing ecosystem. This role drives the transition of legacy pricing approval and activation platforms into modern, AI‑enabled, scalable digital products. It includes accountability for vendor transition, building a new in‑house product team, and advancing business transformation through Agentic AI and enhanced digital experiences.
The Manager oversees a team of Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and QA professionals, ensuring strong delivery execution through effective backlog management, story definition, acceptance criteria, and iteration/PI planning. The role also involves close collaboration with Regional, Global, and HQ business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless cross‑functional execution.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in product development (preferably in the Pricing domain), broad technical architecture understanding, and experience managing complex, global business processes—from requirement gathering and agile delivery to lifecycle governance of enterprise applications.

What your main responsibilities are:

Duties & Responsibilities/ Skills & Competencies:

Product & Delivery Leadership

  • Define product goals, strategy, and a multi‑year roadmap for key applications in the pricing ecosystem; ensure alignment with global business priorities.
  • Lead Agile delivery—overseeing epics, features, backlog refinement, PI planning, and release execution while ensuring quality, performance, and compliance.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize demand, translate needs into user stories, and ensure timely, value‑driven delivery.

Pricing Platform Ownership & Transformation

  • Lead modernization of legacy pricing approval and activation systems using Agentic AI, automation, and modern digital user experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, manual effort, and errors across pricing workflows, driving measurable operational improvement.
  • Execute transformation initiatives that evolve the platform into a scalable, resilient, and business‑aligned digital product.
  • Strong experience leading Enterprise Architecture, Agentic AI, full-stack development, Agile DevOps, Azure, GenAI, AI/ML

People Leadership & Talent Development

  • Build and lead a high‑performing team (~10 resources) including Product Owners, Developers, QA, and AI/automation specialists.
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and career development to strengthen product excellence and delivery capability.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage vendor transition from legacy partners to in‑house or new delivery models, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer.
  • Oversee vendor and partner performance against SLAs, quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
  • Reduce long-term vendor dependency by building sustainable internal capability.

Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Pricing, Sales, Finance, IT, Architecture, Security, and Data teams to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on pricing system capabilities, risks, and transformation opportunities.
  • Communicate progress, dependencies, and outcomes clearly, driving transparency and strong business engagement.

What we are looking for:

Education & Experience:

  • Graduation in Engineering (tech) with a master’s in business is preferred - BE/ BTECH + MBA.
  • Work Experience: 10+ years, with at least 3+ years in Product Management role, 3 + years of People Management experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
  • Strong expertise in Product Management, Scaled Agile Framework, Delivery
  • Strong experience leading Enterprise Architecture, Agentic AI, full-stack development, Agile DevOps, Azure, GenAI, AI/ML
  • Solid understanding of commercial strategy, pricing structures, and revenue optimization.
  • Proven ability to drive process transformation and automation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, leading cross-functional teams.
