The Opportunity:
FedEx Dataworks is building the future of value chain intelligence, starting with supply chains. We are now looking for a foundational leader to build our Growth Marketing function. As the Marketing Manager for Growth, you will be responsible for creating and capturing market demand, telling our story to the world, and building the marketing engine that fuels our expansion.
Your Mission:
Your mission is to establish FedEx Dataworks as the undisputed leader in our category. You will translate our strategic vision into a compelling market narrative and execute a go-to-market strategy that generates a pipeline of qualified innovation partners for our strategic pilot program.
What Your Team Will Do:
- Develop and own the end-to-end growth marketing strategy, from awareness to demand generation.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, content) to identify, attract and engage our target enterprise audience for our pilot program.
- Build and manage the growth marketing team, fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation and high performance.
- Partner closely with the Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships, Product Strategy and General Managers across product spaces to ensure tight alignment on lead generation and pipeline development as well as product roadmap feedback.
- Own marketing analytics, defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs to measure success and inform strategy.
- Be an early adopter of AI tooling to drive prospects through the funnel
- Plan and execute FedEx Dataworks' presence at industry conferences, executive forums, and hosted events — from strategic selection and content programming to on-site experience and post-event pipeline follow-through.
Who You Are:
- You have extensive experience in B2B growth marketing or product marketing, with a proven track record of building successful GTM plans for enterprise SaaS or data products.
- You are a strategic storyteller, able to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
- You are both a strategist and a doer, capable of setting the vision while also rolling up your sleeves.
- You have experience building and leading a small team.
- You are data-obsessed, using analytics to make decisions and prove the impact of your work.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses. Demonstrated computer skills. Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two years experience.
Domicile Information
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Pay: US Pay Range: $129,888 to $162,360/annually
