Directs, organizes, develops, plans and evaluates the FedEx marketing policies and activities including marketing analysis, programs, technology implementation, pricing, and product development to meet the organization's objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Directs, organizes, develops, plans and evaluates the FedEx marketing policies and activities including marketing analysis, programs, technology implementation, pricing, and product development to meet the organization's objectives.

  • Define commercialization strategy for new digital and digitally enabled products: target segments, pricing & packaging, value props and competitive positioning.

  • Build go-to-market plans: sales plays, channel strategy, marketing programs, onboarding & enablement.

  • Translate strategic goals into executable launch roadmaps with clear milestones, resource plans and cross-functional owners.

  • Lead pilot programs, early customer trials, and iterative pricing/packaging experiments; capture learnings and drive rapid product-market fit decisions.

  • Design and implement scalable operational processes (launch checklist, revenue recognition handoffs, SLA, reporting).

  • Support in the creation of financial models and targets: ARR bookings forecasting, unit economics, CAC/LTV, payback, and scenario analysis.

  • Own launch governance: weekly launch cadences, risk mitigation, cross-functional alignment and executive updates.

  • Drive post-launch commercialization scaling: partner expansion, internationalization, and product-led growth initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Early Stage (0 to 1) launch, strategy and operations experience a plus

  • Experience building, developing and leading a large team

  • MBA preferred


Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in marketing, business administration or related field.

Minimum Experience

Significant directly related experience in marketing and sales in a corporate environment including demonstrably successful management experience (e.g. high performance ratings).

Experience in marketing and information analysis.

Experience in promotion, research and pricing, financial analysis, and telemarketing.

More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong management, excellent human relations and communication skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $12,476.52/month - $22,873.62/month
