The Opportunity: Join the foundational team that is building the marketing engine for the future of supply chain intelligence. As the Marketing Analyst Lead for Growth, you will be the analytical cornerstone of our team, responsible for uncovering the data-driven insights that guide our strategy and prove our impact.

Your Mission: Your mission is to measure everything we do and tell us what works. You will own the analytics and reporting for our go-to-market efforts, creating the dashboards, models, and insights that allow us to optimize our campaigns, understand our customers, and demonstrate marketing's contribution to the pipeline.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead the development and management of our marketing analytics infrastructure, including marketing automation and CRM reporting systems.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and lead-to-pilot conversion rates, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop models for lead scoring and attribution to help prioritize marketing and business development efforts.
  • Partner with marketing and business development leadership to answer key strategic questions through deep-dive data analysis.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders across the organization in a clear and compelling manner.

Who You Are:

  • You have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics role.
  • You are an expert in marketing data and have deep experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • You are highly proficient with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio) and have a strong command of Excel.
  • You are a critical thinker with a passion for finding the "so what" behind the data.
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to translate complex data into a clear story for both technical and non-technical audiences.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Computer Science or related business discipline.


Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related discipline. Knowledge of the broad application of advanced principles, theories, concepts and techniques in marketing disciplines, project management and information analysis. Strong human relations and communication/presentation skills. Advanced organizational, quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in database marketing. Experience leading complex initiatives in a corporate environment. Customer-focused orientation.


Domicile Information

This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Actual pay is determined by several job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, including, but not limited to, experience relative to the job, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.

Pay: US Pay Range: Monthly $9,067 - $13,600
