POSITION OVERVIEW:
Leads the management of batch-based, file-driven and legacy system integrations, ensuring reliable, secure and scalable data exchange between platforms
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design, manage, and optimize batch-based and file-driven integrations to ensure reliable system-to-system data exchange
2. Establish governance models and best practices for secure, scalable and maintainable asynchronous integration development
3. Monitor performance, accuracy and error rates of batch processes, implementing improvements to minimize downtime
4. Collaborate with application, data and infrastructure teams to align asynchronous integrations with overall platform strategies
5. Manage, lead, and develop a high-performing asynchronous integration team, fostering skill growth and operational excellence
6. Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Transparency:

Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment. Pay Range: $116,600.00 - $204,050.00 per year

Illinois Pay Ranges: East Moline, Effingham, Kankakee, Lincoln, Quincy, Rockford $116,600 - $204,050; Aurora, Bolingbrook, Chicago Heights, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Forest View, Joliet, Schaumburg, Summit-Argo, Zion $116,600 - $204,050
New York Pay Ranges: Plattsburgh, Buffalo, Watertown, North Chili, East Syracuse, Nichols $116,600 - $204,050; Nichols $116,600 - $204,050; Bethpage, Montgomery, West Babylon $116,600 - $204,050
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field
Five (5) years of experience in integration development, batch processing, or related technical roles
Proven expertise managing file-based, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), and batch integration processes
Strong knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), middleware and legacy system integration techniques
Familiarity with scheduling, monitoring and error-handling mechanisms for batch workflows
Experience in freight, supply chain, or operationally intensive environments is a plus
Strong strategic thinking to design efficient, reusable batch integration solutions
Effective communication to coordinate with technical and business stakeholders
Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to integration standards
