Description

As a Marketing Analyst Senior in the Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting pricing team initiatives through strong analytical capabilities and project coordination. This role is closely aligned with IT functions, with a primary focus on pricing systems— leading their development, testing, rollout, and ongoing support to ensure smooth integration and operational efficiency. You will also drive issue resolution through root cause analysis and contribute to implementing sustainable, scalable solutions that enhance overall pricing performance.

Detailed Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of pricing system initiatives
  • Collaborate with US/IN teams on system development, feature deployment, and rollouts
  • Conduct use case development and lead user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Support market launch readiness for new pricing features
  • Manage system incident resolution and coordinate feature rollouts
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide long-term process improvement solutions
  • Map business processes and maintain relevant documentation
  • Extract, summarize, analyze, and visualize data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
  • Maintain pricing domain and system knowledge, ensuring successful implementation and optimization
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Experience with tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Web automation scripting: Ability to design and deploy scripts (Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell) for automated data extraction, validation, and integration.
  • Workflow optimization: Embedding automation into pricing workflows to reduce manual effort and improve turnaround times.
  • Continuous improvement: Leveraging automation analytics to identify bottlenecks and enhance delivery flow.

Education:

Bachelor degree in finance, economics, marketing analysis or related analytical fields


Experience:

Five (5) years of work experience in Finance, marketing or similar quantitative business analysis.
