Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across both Technology and Global Corporate/Commercial functions in the North Pacific and Southeast Asia (NPACSEA) region, with opportunities for global exposure. This role calls for a strategic thinker with exceptional sourcing expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the versatility to manage diverse hiring needs across multiple markets. You will partner closely with business leaders to design and deliver effective recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Technology as well as Global Corporate and Commercial functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify technical hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source high-quality candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Implement recruitment best practices to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, aligned with DE&I principles.
- Act as a subject matter expert in technology talent acquisition, providing market insights and shaping recruitment strategies for FedEx in the region
- Partner closely with Global Talent Center of Excellence (COE), Functional Department and local HRBP/People Operations team to support technology-focused HR initiatives.
- Screen candidates to assess both technical skills and team chemistry to ensure the best cultural and technical fit.
- Use data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and drive technology talent acquisition initiatives.
- Serve as an ambassador of the brand to promote employer branding initiatives and become an employer of choice within the tech space.
You will be a great fit if you possess:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment across both technical (Digital, IT, Engineering) and corporate/commercial functions (Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing).
- Experience in regional recruitment, particularly in niche and technical hiring.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS systems (Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Boolean searches, job board sourcing, and leveraging social media platforms for recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Ability to build consultative relationships with stakeholders and work independently to deliver on recruitment needs.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
