Job Description: HR Coordinator
As a FedEx Human Resources Coordinator you will provide support to our internal and external customers in administrative HR processes in accordance with local employment legislation. You will ensure our HR administration is kept up to date in both internal and external systems (such as Workday, our Arbo service provider, the UWV, Pension Funds and for example insurance companies).
As our HR organization is in transition, we are also working towards standardization and automation of core HR processes. This means that besides providing support in execution of the defined HR processes, you will also be participating in implementation projects as a subject matter expert in order to influence the outcome to ensure workable solutions are defined and implemented. You will be responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain HR knowledge in relevant local regulations and Company principles, processes, tools and best practices.
Execution of HR admin processes, internal and external.
Provide guidance, support implementation and ensure on-going compliance with FedEx processes and procedures, relevant legislation and regulations, and predefined agreements.
Participate in the development of HR Systems that support effective information management and informed decision making.
Support HR / Business initiatives inc. change and transformation, with implementation of best practice within HR scope.
The ideal candidate will have:
Relevant experience within HR.
Knowledge of common HR systems “Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP”
Knowledge and experience with processing requests at the UWV
Experience in HR (operational) Processes, preferably within a large fast-paced organization.
Good judgement and decision-making skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize a busy workload.
Experience in creating process flows.
Fluency in Dutch is required.
