Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for understanding the features and developing smaller, incremental stories along with iteration deliverables, team backlog, establishing story acceptance criteria and leading story refinement for preparation of iteration planning and program increment planning working with the ScrumMaster and Agile team to provide solutions to effectively address program solutions.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assists in managing requirements and prioritization within the Product Backlog through business value ROI, alignment with Product Strategy, and resource capacity.
2. Build and leverage solid working relationships with business and product stakeholders.
3. Assist in the integration of programs across channels with internal partners and manage program effectiveness against target metrics. Utilize effective communication skills to surface essential requirements of information.
4. Under general supervision, define and clearly articulate requirements (User Stories) and acceptance criteria (Use Cases).
5. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $66,803.00 - $126,660.00 per year
Colorado Pay Ranges: Colorado Springs, Grand Junction $71,480 - $112,939; Henderson, Mead $75,488 - $119,271; Gypsum $80,165 - $126,660
Illinois Pay Ranges: Effingham, Kankakee, Lincoln, Quincy, Rockford, Aurora $71,480 - $112,939; Bolingbrook, Chicago Heights, Des Plaines, Elmhurst, Forest View, Joliet, Schaumburg, Summit-Argo, Zion, Buffalo $80,165 - $126,660

This compensation range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting pay range in NJ. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay is determined by experience relative to the job, market level, specific location and other job-related factors permitted by law. Regular full & part-time employees (who complete 91 days of employment and work a minimum average of 12 hours per week) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage, tuition reimbursement. Full/part-time employees who are age 21 are eligible for 401(k) after one month of employment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
⦁ Two (2) years’ experience in industry, supporting business or technologies includes Project Management and/or SAFe Product Manager/Owner.
⦁ Strong analytical, computer, and communication skills required.
⦁ Knowledge of Agile and Lean values/concepts and scaling with SAFe framework required.
⦁ Demonstrated ability to understand complex ideas, break them down into smaller, sequential plans, while understanding interdependencies to deliver solutions.
⦁ Use solutions-based thinking in problem solving, asking probing questions, and looking for underlying issues.
⦁ Software skills, including the use of Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.
