Project Mgmt Advisor/Properties
Description
Provides the project/construction management support to the department and other divisions as required.
Essential Functions
Plans, organize, direct, and control the engineering, management, and construction of major magnitude and/or complex sort facilities and material handling systems (i.e. Superhubs, metroplexes, regional sorting facilities, and AG&TS in both the corporation and field locations;

Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in an architectural, engineering, or construction discipline.
Minimum Experience
Seven (7) years related experience in encompassing architectural, engineering, material handling, and construction practices in the areas of commercial/industrial construction, contract negotiations, contract administration, estimating, and scheduling with emphasis on project management and administration of capital projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong basic management analytical, human relations, and communication skills.

Pay: $6,511.62 - $10,744.16 USD Monthly
