Quality Audit Lead - Finance Controls & Process Analyst
Responsible for independently conducting quality audits and controls reviews across Order to Cash (OTC) sub-processes, applying risk-based sampling and RCA/CAPA discipline to strengthen process accuracy, internal controls, and audit governance.
Essential Duties:
• Independently plan and execute transaction-level audits across Billing, Cash Application, Collections, and Dispute Resolution using approved scorecards and quality dimensions.
• Apply and refine risk-based sampling methodologies by process/subprocess, adjusting sample rates for repeat defects, declining quality trends, or elevated risk.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for identified defects and own corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans through containment, validation, and closure.
• Apply standardized critical/non-critical error definitions consistently; participate actively in calibration sessions and help resolve scoring disputes.
• Maintain and strengthen control documentation, audit workpapers, and evidence in line with SOX/statutory and internal audit-readiness requirements.
• Develop and maintain quality scorecards and dashboards, providing visibility into audit pass rates, defect trends, critical error rates, and CAPA closure.
• Partner with process owners and cross-functional stakeholders to socialize audit findings and drive resolution of recurring issues.
• Support quality oversight during transitions, migrations, or process changes by validating readiness and reviewing documentation.
• Identify and recommend SOP updates, job aids, control redesign, and automation opportunities to improve audit efficiency and traceability.
• Contribute to daily quality huddles, weekly calibration sessions, and monthly quality/operations reviews.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Minimum Experience:
Two (2) to five (5) years of progressive experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Finance Shared Services, Quality Audit, Controls, or Operational Excellence roles.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Demonstrated experience across OTC sub-processes, including AR reporting and reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of audit frameworks, scorecards, sampling plans, defect management, and RCA/CAPA processes.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, SOX or compliance requirements, and process documentation standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional and vendor teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality/analytics reporting tools; exposure to workflow automation tools is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred) Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent quality/audit certification preferred. CPA, CA, or progress toward a relevant finance/controls certification is a plus. Exposure to internal controls or compliance training (e.g., SOX awareness) is a plus QDM Expert certification preferred If no certification is currently held, pursuit of a relevant certification is encouraged within 12 months of accepting the position.
