Job Description: This position plays a key role in the design, development and troubleshooting, and debug software systems, contributing to both enhancements and the creation of new product offerings. Lead end-to-end development of complex software concepts, from initial design through to deployment. Plan, execute, and validate systems programming tests, including the integration of interfacing and software tests. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering professional growth and technical proficiency. Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance application capabilities. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent* in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or other quantitative discipline plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in information technology or engineering environment. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or other quantitative discipline plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience in information technology or engineering environment, in lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience. Near-real-time / time-sensitive data processing for operational analytics (Azure Streaming Jobs, Event Hubs, Stream Analytics). Advanced semantic data modeling and analytical datasets for enterprise BI (Power BI Datasets, Dataflows, DAX). Building Data pipeline using Databricks. Developing Complex SQL Views, Procedures and functions for Analytical Workload. Azure Synapse, SQL, PL/SQL. Implementing data quality controls, governance standards, and access management. RLS, data validation frameworks, governance processes. Advanced analytical engineering, including performance optimization of data models, tables, and queries (Query tuning, data model optimization techniques). Integration of multiple operational data sources into enterprise analytics solutions (Power BI, Synapse, Databricks, Fujitsu framework, adobe framework). Deployment of Analytics Solutions to production environment using control release processes/monitoring/ providing production support. Azure Cloud Platform, Azure Devops CI/CD pipelines. Position requires domestic travel approximately 10% of the time to various worksites. This position will be hybrid in Lewisville, TX and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week. *Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1) year of education.
