Job Description: This position plays a key role in the design, development and troubleshooting,

and debug software systems, contributing to both enhancements and the creation of new product

offerings. Lead end-to-end development of complex software concepts, from initial design through

to deployment. Plan, execute, and validate systems programming tests, including the integration

of interfacing and software tests. Provide mentorship and support to junior team members,

fostering professional growth and technical proficiency. Research and integrate emerging

technologies to enhance application capabilities. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as

well as company policies/procedures. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* in Computer Science, Engineering, Information

Systems or other quantitative discipline plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of

experience in information technology or engineering environment. The employer will alternatively

accept a Master’s degree in in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or other

quantitative discipline plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year qualifying work experience

in information technology or engineering environment in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* plus

3 years of experience. The position requires experience with: Demonstrated ability to work

independently and collaboratively in fast paced, dynamic environments. Strong leadership, customer

and people development skills. Strong problem solving, project management and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies (Azure

Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Dev Ops (ADO)). Azure Synapse Analytics. ETL

workflow tools Python and SQL. Data Governance and Data Quality Frameworks. Management and

leadership (PMP/Scrum Certification). Machine Learning Development and Frameworks

(TensorFlow). CI/CD Jenkins Pipeline. Ab Initio.

Position requires domestic travel approximately 10% of the time to various worksites. This position

will be hybrid in Lewisville, TX and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. This position is

hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several

times per week. *Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1)

year of education.*
