POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under minimal supervision, leads, develops and executes strategy for customer lifecycle marketing programs while managing execution of complex lifecycle initiatives and supporting team development.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Develops strategic recommendations for customer lifecycle program optimization and advanced segmentation strategies.
2.    Provides oversight and guidance for lifecycle marketing campaign execution and performance optimization across team members. 
3.    Maintains responsibility for complex customer journey mapping and multi-touch attribution analysis for lifecycle programs.
4.    Implements customer retention and expansion strategy development in collaboration with Customer Success teams.
5.    Drives mentoring and professional development support for junior lifecycle marketing team members
6.    Supports strategic planning and budget allocation recommendations for lifecycle marketing initiatives.
7.    Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
8.    Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent work experience 
•    Seven (7) years’ Lifecycle Marketing or Customer Marketing experience
•    Strong understanding of advanced marketing automation and customer journey optimization
•    Experience with customer data analysis and predictive modeling
•    Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members
•    Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
•    Experience with customer success and retention program development
