Sr Advisor-Digital Product
Description
Provides enterprise-level leadership in digital product strategy by driving innovation, aligning cross-functional execution, and shaping the future of omni-channel experiences. This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and ensures digital initiatives support long-term business goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and lead strategic planning for digital product lifecycle and customer experience.
- Guide enterprise-level product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership and technical teams.
- Exercise independent judgment in evaluating risks, opportunities, and platform performance.
- Oversee Agile planning cycles and manage scope, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with design, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive digital strategy.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to inform innovation and best practices.
- Provide strategic updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum experience
- Six (6) years of experience in digital product strategy, product leadership, or enterprise-level initiatives.
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and digital platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and digital innovation.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
