Sr Advisor-Marketing

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under minimal supervision, leads, develops and executes strategy for one or more marketing initiatives
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead the development and execution of comprehensive product and portfolio strategies, including marketing and sales initiatives, to achieve targeted business outcomes.
2. Performs fact-based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.
3. Leads completion of needed advanced data models and analytics.
4. Identifies and prioritizes new features, including market analysis, business case development and driving prioritization.
5. Leads and execute complex new product development initiatives across large, cross-functional work teams.
6. Actively coaches’ others in less senior positions.
7. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
8. Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s degree in marketing, finance, computer science or equivalent work experience
• Five (5) years’ experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related discipline. Experience leading complex and interrelated initiatives in a corporate environment. Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
• Knowledge of the broad application of advanced principles, theories, concepts and techniques in marketing and computer-generated modeling.
• Customer-focused orientation.
