Sr Corporate Financial Systems Analyst
Description
Under limited supervision, designs, develops and implements enterprise back office financial system, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting.
Responsibilities include leading project teams, developing project plans, maintaining project budgets, leading technical research and documentation of business requirements in the review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases.
Communication of governance and support policies to all levels of management and the development and presentation of executive level communications.
Monitors the effectiveness of system controls, identifies process improvement and communicates recommendations.
Mentor less senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.
Five (5) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis.
A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment.
Quantitative business problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong organizational/time management and planning/project skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
Knowledge or experience with back office business processes.
Effective in promoting positive customer relationships throughout the organization and at all levels of management.
Proficiency in developing and executing complex project/process initiatives across a virtual and/or multi-location environment.
Understanding of Agile project management and execution methods.
Knowledge or experience in international communication and coordination efforts.
Experience with ERP Financials implementations; Oracle Cloud Financials a plus.
Knowledge or experience with corporate accounting; especially with US GAAP company having International presence.
Domicile/Relocation:
This position is currently located in Collierville, Tennessee, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Plano, Texas. Relocation assistance is available for this position.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field.

Five (5) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge or experience with Purchase-to-Pay or Record-to-Report back-office business processes, Translates IT strategy, complex topics and technical language into compelling communications that are easily understood by business audiences, Demonstrates ability to design, test and refine efficient generative AI prompts as effective work tools, Hands on experience orchestrating and managing AI agents executing multi-step processes.
Pay Transparency: This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN., Plano, TX., and Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week.
Pay: The compensation range for Memphis, TN: Min. $6,511.62, Mid. $8,627.89, Max. $10,744.16. The compensation range for Plano, TX., and Pittsburgh, PA: Min. $6,854.33, Mid. $9,081.99, Max. $11,309.65.
