Sr Mgr Flight Training Dev
Description
Plans, organizes, directs, monitors and controls all activities related to the development & oversight of flight crew member training. Manages Multi-media Productions, Curriculum Development and Crew Records.. Performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to incorporate human factors best practices into training programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
Minimum Experience
Ten (10) years in a flight operations environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills required.
Ability to work collaboratively with other entities in the development and maintenance of Training Curriculum.
Strong working knowledge of federal aviation regulations and the AQP program.
