Sr Product Manager (Finance)
Description
Under limited supervision, this individual is responsible for: Leading development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience. Responsible for managing, developing and implementing marketing, sales and other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes. Evaluating market, economic and competitive factors affecting product performance and demonstrates ability to perform fact-based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights. Ability to work with advanced data models and analytics. Prioritizing new features, orchestrates and executes product development. Execute new product development initiatives as marketing or overall development lead across multifunctional team. Coaches others in less senior positions.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field.
Minimum Experience
Three to Four (3 - 4) years' work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis. Strong communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring & solving skills. Strong executive presence and human relations skills. Strong project management experience. A directly related Master’s Degree is equivalent to two (2) years experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience applying Agile, Lean, and SAFe frameworks to product delivery in complex environments.
- Ability to translate strategy and ambiguous problems into clear epics, features, and user stories.
- Strong ownership of product backlogs, including refinement, prioritization, and delivery readiness.
- Effective facilitator for PI planning, refinement sessions, and cross-functional working discussions.
- Ability to influence across teams and roles to align on priorities, trade-offs, and execution plans.
- Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Sufficient technical fluency with enterprise systems to collaborate effectively with engineering partners.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, balancing competing priorities.
- Working knowledge of value-based prioritization, customer outcomes, and delivery metrics.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based collaboration and work-management tools.
Additional Details:
This position is only open for a hybrid schedule and will require onsite work assignments.

This position is eligible for relocation assistance to Memphis, TN or Pittsburgh, PA.
Compensation Range:
Memphis, TN : 7488.36 - 9,922.08
Pittsburgh, PA: 7,882.48 - 10,444.29
