Description
Responsible for design, system technical expertise and leadership to management in analysis of the total real estate portfolio
Essential Functions
- Provide design, system technical expertise
- Provide leadership to management in analysis of the total real estate portfolio and project capital and expenses
- Oversee the information system integrity
- Make recommendations to management based on findings
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in finance, statistics or other quantitative discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years experience in business planning & analysis.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience in computer modeling and knowledge of applicable programming languages.
Strong analytical, human relations and communication skills required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Teams) & Power BI a plus.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current. starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement
Pay: US Pay Range: $6,168.90-$10,898.39
