Sr Quality Control Asst/Pkg
Description
Provide in-depth administrative support to the quality department with reports, analysis, scheduling, record keeping, project task, with reporting systems and direct customer contact.
Essential Functions
Provide administrative support and comparative analysis in the scheduling and record keeping of departmental events and employees.
Provide support in the development and maintenance of production type reporting systems that will improve productivity while assisting with project tasks, which may require direct customer contact.
Gather and research various data sources to provide feedback and recommendations to management regarding operational and productivity enhancements, including contacting customers directly and gathering feedback.
Assist management in areas such as: 1) facility management, 2) gathering quotes and providing comparative analysis of sourcing opportunities and equipment purchases, 3) executing purchasing processes, 4) orientation and training of new employees
Provide project support through documentation and communication of reports and status updates.
Conduct onsite audits of the testing facility to support productivity and quality control
Provide quality management of processes, documents, and training aids to maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 accreditation
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High school diploma or GED.
Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
Minimum Experience
One (1) year experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, quality control and loss prevention, or customer service plus Three (3) years related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Personal computer (PC) experience required.
Good communication skills.
Job Conditions
Preferred Qualifications: This position is onsite in Collierville; TN. Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay Transparency: Internal Paygrade H-30
Pay: $21.63 to $28.68
