We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Analyst, AI Enablement. As an Analyst on the AI Enablement team, you will support the mission to build, train, and maintain bespoke AI models and agents to automate security tasks. This is an operational and developmental role where you will assist in building and maintaining AI solutions. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading AI platforms and learn to develop automation that solves real-world Information Security challenges.

What you will be doing:
- Support AI Agent Construction by assisting in the design and building of specialized AI agents for internal tasks.
- Help implement and verify Custom Model Training processes, ensuring that custom AI models are tailored to specific InfoSec challenges.
- Contribute to the Lifecycle Ownership of AI agents by helping deliver and maintain functional solutions for internal InfoSec teams.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation as part of the team's Internal Use Case Development efforts.
- Perform data collection and preparation tasks to support model training and fine-tuning activities.
- Contribute to the team's documentation for developed AI tools and procedures.
- Gain hands-on experience with Development & Training Tools, including Vertex AI, open-source ML frameworks, and APIs for SIEM/SOAR/EDR integration.
What do you bring with you:
- Foundational experience in an IT, software development, or security role.
- A strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation.
- Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) are a plus.
- A collaborative mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow in the applied AI field.
- Familiarity with software development concepts and cloud environments.
- An analytical and problem-solving mindset, with an eagerness to tackle complex challenges.
