This team will serve as the advanced internal AI innovation hub for the Information Security organization.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Manager, AI Enablement. We are seeking a visionary leader to build and manage our new AI Enablement team in Krakow. This team will serve as the advanced internal AI innovation hub for the Information Security organization. Its mission is to build, train, and maintain bespoke AI models and agents to automate security tasks. As the Manager, you will be responsible for setting the team's strategic direction, developing its technical capabilities, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI-driven automation for our internal InfoSec teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a specialized team of AI Advisor, Senior Analyst, and Analysts.
  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the AI Enablement team, focusing on identifying highest-impact automation opportunities within the InfoSec organization.
  • Oversee the team's primary responsibilities:
    • Internal Use Case Development: Guide the team in identifying advanced opportunities for AI-driven automation within the InfoSec organization.
    • Custom Model Training: Direct the efforts to train and fine-tune custom AI models tailored to specific InfoSec challenges.
    • AI Agent Construction: Oversee the design and construction of specialized AI agents for internal tasks (e.g., automated alert triage, threat intelligence summarization).
    • Lifecycle Ownership: Ensure the team effectively delivers and maintains functional AI Agents for internal InfoSec teams.
  • Engage with leadership across the Information Security organization (e.g., SOC, Threat Intelligence, GRC) to ensure alignment on priorities and demonstrate the value of AI solutions.
  • Manage the team's budget, resources, and project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of key initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices for MLOps, including the use of Vertex AI, open-source ML frameworks, and integration with SIEM, SOAR, and EDR platforms.


What do you bring with you:

  • Extensive experience in applied AI/ML, data science, or software engineering, preferably within a security context.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of building and managing highly technical teams.
  • Strong background in software development, AI development, and/or security automation.
  • Deep understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle and MLOps principles.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business risks and security challenges into technical AI/ML solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating a technical vision to both your team and senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with Development & Training Tools such as Vertex AI, open-source ML frameworks, and the APIs of SIEM, SOAR, and EDR for integration.
