Cyber Security Advisor
Description
Leads enterprise-wide security efforts to protect operational technology and connected devices from cyber threats, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of daily business activities. Implements security solutions across identity, network, cloud, endpoint, and application security domains. Applies artificial intelligence capabilities to strengthen threat detection, improve security operations efficiency, and support proactive risk management across OT environments.
Essential Functions
- Develops and implements enterprise OT security solutions to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities, configuring and analyzing security tools and software.
- Research attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures.
- Coordinates with IT, business partners, and end users to minimize disruptions and protect assets.
- Provides information security recommendations to management in support of business strategies and goals.
- Conducts risk assessments and identifies vulnerabilities across devices, applications, and infrastructure.
- Leverages artificial intelligence tools and methodologies to enhance threat detection, streamline security operations, and support data‑driven decision‑making across OT environments.
- Implements security tools, standards, and processes across:
- Industrial Control Systems
- Smart IoT devices and systems
- Autonomous systems
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Minimum Experience
Six (6) years’ experience in a minimum of four (4) of the following areas: Business continuity and disaster recovery, network forensics, security and risk frameworks, endpoint security, information systems auditing, vendor risk assessment, cyber risk assessment, network intrusion detection/prevention, identity and access management, IT lifecycle management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong technical, consulting, and project management skills.
Ability to communicate technical subject matter effectively to multiple organizational layers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. Pay: US pay range: $8,007.29 - $18,149.85 monthly
