Service Center Support
Responsible for handling the needs of customers, processing documentation that accompanies the movement of freight and performing other administrative and customer service duties as necessary in the daily operation of the service center.
Provide leadership and direction on special projects, processes and practices to improve the safety, quality and profitability of district operations. Support the Service Center's goal of moving all shipments on time and damage free in a safe environment. Plan, organize and coordinate various initiatives and provide guidance through the application of process management, QDM principles and analytical techniques.
