• Support the design, review and implementation of processes and procedures.

Position Title:
Senior Payroll Administrator

Position Summary

The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for supporting payroll operations by researching and resolving payroll-related issues while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This role partners with internal stakeholders and external entities to maintain compliance and ensure smooth execution of payroll activities across multiple regions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research and resolve payroll-related issues impacting employees, vendors, and regulatory entities.
  • Support timely and accurate payroll processing, including wage disbursements.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable payroll and tax regulations across regions.
  • Support payroll-related payments and reporting obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support payroll operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in a high-volume transactional environment such as payroll, accounting, data entry, information systems, or customer service.
  • Related experience may offset education requirements; related education may offset experience requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed, step-by-step written instructions and checklists
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Good human relations and communication skills, both verbal and written (in English).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance requirements preferred.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.


Domicile / Relocation Information:

This is a hybrid position.  Additionally, this position will be performed remotely from the employee’s home location. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.  Follow local laws regarding specific language based on work contract.
 

Remote Office Requirements:

  • Must have a quiet and private place to work without disruptions.
  • Must have internet connection from a reliable service provider as of Day 1 of employment. Follow local laws regarding specific language based on work contract
