Mgr Treasury Systems
Description
Responsible for the delivery, execution and oversight of effective Treasury systems and technology management activities. This position reports directly to the Staff Vice President & Assistant Treasurer.
Essential Functions
- Provides strategic and tactical direction for Treasury systems, including Treasury Management Systems
- Leads integration, upgrades & maintenance of all Treasury system efforts, RFP development, selection, and testing, manages and supports bank connectivity
- Manages and co-ordinates with both internal staff and external vendors
- Managing finance and treasury system projects, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Supports the Treasury team in the efficient system utilization of daily cash and FX management activities, including bank reconciliation, bank account management, bank and parental guarantee management, cash forecasting and investment management, identifying and implementing improvements as required.
- Provides system training and support to global Treasury team members
- Perform SOX and other compliance activities for Treasury Systems
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Seven (7) years of experience Finance, with at least three (3) years in Treasury operations. Preferably in an global public traded corporate environment. Experience with GTreasury strongly preferred and Quantum preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong understanding of systems used for cash and investment management processes and related accounting rules
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and communications skills

Additional Details: This hybrid position will be domiciled in Memphis, TN reporting to VP Jeffrey Lewis. Posting will close Friday, February 6, 2026. Compensation Grade: FXCUS_S2. Relocation assistance may be available for this position but is based on business decision.
