Project/Process Analyst
Description
Responsible for basic project management activities of low to medium complexity it project(s), or support more senior level project management staff for high complexity projects.
Essential Functions
- Development and maintenance of project schedules, status reporting, issue management, and other tasks required to effectively manage and monitor a project through to successful completion (on time, within budget, adhering to high quality standards, and meeting customer expectations).
- Tracks project spending against budgets.
- Drafts and reviews documentation in compliance with Company's global development process and ensures all project deliverables are in compliance with the Company's global development process.
- Develop and/or execute text scripts.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration and/or equivalent formal training.
Minimum Experience
Two (2) years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications: • Customs: strong knowledge of customs clearance & trade • Project management: skilled in multi-tasking & meeting deadlines • Data: strong analytical skills • Process: create workflows & training materials • Reporting: deliver presentations to leadership
Pay Transparency:
Pay: Memphis Pay Range: 5,152.82 - 8,244.52 USD Monthly FEC_24B
