• Compensation & Incentive Design
• Performance Management; Recognition
• Wellbeing Design; Career and mobility; Health, benefits, and pension design; Workspace requirement
• Employee experience PMO & implementation
• Data Analytics; Data exploration and visualization; Trending and forecasting; Root cause analysis; Data presentation and storytelling

Job Specific Responsibilities

Design and Implement Compensation Programs

  • Design and maintain competitive salary structures and robust pay equity frameworks.
  • Lead market research and compensation benchmarking to ensure external competitiveness.
  • Oversee annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, incentive plans, and rewards programs.
  • Conduct job evaluations to ensure internal equity and role alignment.
  • Develop and manage job architecture, including job leveling, career frameworks, and role clarity.

Manage Benefits and Wellness Programs

  • Oversee health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies.
  • Negotiate with vendors and manage benefit plan administration.
  • Ensure programs are cost-effective and meet employee needs

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze compensation data and total rewards metrics.
  • Prepare reports for leadership on program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor industry trends and recommend strategic adjustments.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to align rewards strategy with business goals.
  • Support talent retention and engagement through holistic rewards programs

You will be a great fit if you

  • Proven experience designing and managing salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs.
  • Ability to interpret compensation data, conduct benchmarking, and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, tax implications, and statutory requirements related to rewards programs.
  • Skilled at explaining complex reward concepts to stakeholders and employees in a clear, engaging way.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, compensation tools, and Excel for modeling and reporting.
